Outlook 2016 pop3 设置：

首先：启动outlook2016，选择"文件"-"信息"-"添加帐户"。

Step 1: start outlook2016 and select file - info - add account.

 第二步：输入完整的邮箱帐号，点击连接。

Step 2: enter your full email account and click connect.

第三步：帐户类型，选择POP。

Step 3: account type, select POP.

第四步：输入帐号密码和服务器地址信息，点击连接。
建议使用SSL加密设置，邮件收发更安全。
接收邮件服务器：pophm.qiye.163.com
勾选“SSL”时，端口号：995；
发送邮件服务器：smtphm.qiye.163.com
勾选“SSL”时，端口号：994/465/587；

Step 4:

Enter your account password and server address information and click connect.

It is recommended to use SSL encryption Settings to make mail delivery more secure.

Receiving mail server: pophm.qiye.163.com

When you check "SSL", the port number is 995.

Sending mail server: smtphm.qiye.163.com

When you check "SSL", the port number is 9994/465/587.

第五步：

如果您需要选择不加密；
请取消勾选“SSL”
POP 端口号：110
SMTP 端口号：25；

Step 5:

If you need to choose not to encrypt;

Please uncheck "SSL"

POP port number: 110

SMTP port number: 25;

第六步：输入您的邮箱帐号密码信息，点击确定。

Step 6: enter your email account password and click ok.

第七步：设置完成。

Step 7: setup is complete.
